  The candidate gives you a mandate to represent them. They can withdraw it at any time, so the relationship stays clear.

• Together with companies

  Companies invite you into their team as a recruitment agent, and candidates choose you by giving you a mandate.

Mandate and documents

• A mandate has a scope and an expiry date. The candidate decides what you may see.
• Documents are opened only with the candidate's consent, separately for each document, and every opening is logged.
• The document vault is being built to this standard and is not open yet. Until it opens, you see only what the candidate has made visible.

This site shows no companies, no job ads and no candidate profiles. They are visible only inside the BGM Center platform, to registered users who are allowed to see them.
