How the portal and the system work
Short and plain: who does what, where the ads come from and what stays private.
For candidates
- Your profile is free, always.
- You choose what is public on your profile and for how long.
- When you apply, your application goes straight to the employer.
- If you want an agency to lead the process, you give it a mandate, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
For employers
- Enter a job once in Careers.
- It shows on your own website, on this portal and can appear in Google job search.
- Applications come straight to you.
For agencies
- Companies invite you into their team as a “Recruitment agent”, and candidates give you a mandate.
- The agency leads the whole process: selection, interviews, work permits, visas and clean paperwork.
Where the ads come from
- Ads of companies and agencies on the platform. Ads of our customers come first.
- Ads of state employment services appear only with the service’s permission and always with the source. Today there are none.
- We do not copy ads from private job boards.
Privacy
- An employer never sees a candidate’s e-mail address or phone number.
- Contact goes through the platform: a company writes there and the message reaches the candidate.
