Your profile, your documents, your decision

How it works

• 1

  Create your profile

Tell us who you are, what you do, which languages you speak and where you would like to work. You choose what is public. Record your documents (type, country, expiry date) and see at once which ones expire soon.

• 2

  Employers find you

Companies on the platform can find you directly, and so can employment agencies. They contact you through the platform, never through your e-mail address or phone number.

• 3

Give a mandate to an agency

If you want an agency to lead the process, you give it a mandate. It presents you to companies and takes care of dates, permits and papers. You can withdraw the mandate whenever you like.

• 4

  Apply and follow

Apply for jobs with a complete profile and follow every application in one place.

How we protect your documents

• Documents are encrypted on your device before they leave it, on the same principle as the MEGA service.
• The key is held only by you. Not even BGM Center can read your documents.
• A company or an agency sees a document only with your consent, given separately for each company or agency and for each document.
• Every consent has an expiry date, and you can withdraw it with one click.
• You see an access log: who opened which document, and when.
• If you lose both your vault password and your recovery key, nobody can restore the documents, not even us. That is the price of a key that only you hold.

Honest status: the document vault is being built to this standard and is not open yet. Your profile already lets you record document details (type, country, expiry date), marked when they expire soon.

This site shows no companies, no job ads and no candidate profiles. They are visible only inside the BGM Center platform, to registered users who are allowed to see them.
